I ordered a pair of boots from this company on Sept 14. I did not receive a confirmation e-mail, shipping information, or anything pertaining to my order. When I log in to my account on the website, my order still shows as "Processing". I have e-mailed the company several times with no response and have also tried contacting the Customer Service number to no avail. Apparently I have been the victim of an internet scam. Fabulous.
