Miscellaneous

Received a call from a "Ryan Young" who reported that I was eligible for a $7000.00 grant from the government. He went on to say that I qualified because I paid my bills / taxes on time and even stated that the government offered free grant money to 2000 U.S. Residents annually. He then proceeded to ask for my bank account information so that he could deposit the funds. And when I inquired about the credibility of his position, he in turn offered me the option to access the grant at a local western union. I asked him to verify his position as I suspected fraudulence and he stated that his office was located at 100 Independence Ave, in Washington DC. His next instructions were to go to the nearest western union, bring a cell phone and call him upon my arrival. Then I was to somehow provide him with a refundable $280.00 which would be refunded in 5 mins. Very suspicious...
