Was checking my account balance today and found a withdrawl from this company that i did not authorize. Called my bank right away to let them know and to start the procedings to get the money back. THEN i called the 888# that was listed and spoke to Jayden - rep id#57. He informed me that it was a service charge in regard to a $400 loan that i did not ask for. I told him as such and demanded that the funds be replaced in my account. Was told it would take 5-7 days. I have the paperwork coming from my bank. If the funds are not replaced i will be filing a fraud claim with my bank. I have been getting a TON of calls from "loan companies" for loans that i did not apply for nor did i ask for. This has got to stop.
