Their website pricing is deceiving and they put 3 different charges totaling $144.00 from an order for 44.00 flowers. I cancelled my order within a 2 hour timeframe when I realized what they had done. They argued with me about a refund. They refused to submit documentation requested by my bank because they knew how banks operated. They said that everything was closed out on their end so there was nothing else they would do. They take advantage of people who are grieving. I clicked on their link from an obituary. THEIVES!!! And their help center is worthless, they wouldn't even put me on hold so that I could speak to Supervisor.
