I am on national do not call lists & keep getting recorded telephone solicitations & text messages. The lastest was 5 minutes ago telling me to go BestBuyRaffles.com & enter code 6207 to claim the $1,000 I "won" in last month's raffle. I did not enter a raffle. Judging from other complaints, this scam uses multiple phone numbers to call from and various 'codes' to roto dial cell phones. I have had to pay extra for a text plan so I don't have outrageous text bills each month because the Do Not Call List is usless in preventing, catching, and/or prosecuting these scammers
