I received a call from them and realizing they were not global tel-link I asked for a cancellation and refund within 1 hour of setting up my account. I never used their service but they refuse to give my money back. The person that called had children screaming in the background and that was my first clue that this was a scam. I really need that money back so I can set up a legit account for my nephew. Oh and they gladly canceled the same day. I have all the emails that I sent requesting my refund and they just ignore me)
