Ordered "free" sample of their serum in September for P&p of $4.46. On 12 Oct, bank account charged with $99.78 plus bank charges. Phoned supplier from UK to protest and told that their T&C's said I should have cancelled in 28 days to stop further payments. Can find no reference on website. Have instructed bank to block further payments.
