Iv just descovered they have taken money out of my bank without any proir notice for a sum that wasnt arranged, £75 and £35 in one day. They havent even posted anything on to me. What should i do? Iv checked on the complaints and found that im not the only one this has happened to. What can be done about this? It was supposed to be a trial then they would send more on a month later but not at a price as high as that!
