I had 360 share pro previously on my computer no problems, then it started doing no more than just sitting in "srarting connection" but never connecting. I went on to their website at the time and sent an e mail asking why this was now happening. I received a reply saying that my previous subscription to 360 share plus had now expired and I needed to pay £35.84 to them to restart it. So naturally I assumed all now ok, however since then I cannot get 360 share plus to work on my computer. I have repeatedly complained about this on e mail and been offered u torrent details 02.08.2012 and voowire details 12.08.2012 ans despite yet more e mails and phone calls to a landline that never works during the hours that it says it does, no success. So effectively I have paid for something that I cannot use and getting no refund or guidance on how to make it work from How to Stay Legal, totally disgusting. Tracey Forbes
