I was contacted by phone from Finanical Resource Services and me being a student, they offered information on a guarntee student loan for $3.47 and they would deduct $59.99 a month to lock in a student loan. I paid the three dollars and tryed the web site and it said they were under investigation for internet scams.By the time I had my debit card blocked they had already withdrew $315.29 then $215.29. I recieved a new card a week later and on my account it shows where the money was deducted but it doesn't say by who or if it was instant cash withdrawl.
