I sent off for a £2.49 trial of slimtone, but they not only took the £2.49 off my card, but also 2 weeks later took another £75 to which i didnt agree to. I want a refund. As i am unemployed i find this very distressing, as i have also got 3 bank charges as the money they took was in the bank to pay my bills, ie standing orders and direct debits. How am i going to get a refund?
