This woman called me after i inquired about an iphone 4s 32g ad i saw posted on gumtree saying that she would be able to come meet me in person but then when i said where i lived she said to me she lived in "Nowra". And that its too far to travel but she could express post the phone to me and take a screen shot of her sending the phone and the tracking number for, so she was hassling me to go to a st george bank that same day and deposit the money directly into her account, which i thought was a bit dodgy, but i did it anyway. And after i told her that i deposited the money she just said thanks and didnt reply to any of my other txts and didnt pick up her phone when i called her and when someone did pick up they were acting as if it was her sister and that tanya will call me back once she's home from work but she never did.

She kept lingering it out for 2 weeks and she sent me a tracking number but nothing came up on the australia post website. I then gave up and just said i was going to file a complaint against her and she then replied to me saying she'll refund me the money but she never did.

I want to know if anyone knows if there is anyway i can get my money back? Please and to stop this person from taking someone else's money.
