Ordered flooring thru Janice. Was very responsive initially. After she received our check, she completely disappeared. We tried every avenue possible to reach her (short of driving out to the mill location). Only after several threats of attorneys and lawsuit did she reappear... Only to disappear again.in the end, she made off with $1500 of ours. Never, ever met someone so crooked in all my years in the business. She needs to be put out of business.
