I already complained at Paypal but decided to do so here as well:

From Seller to me: We never met such a imploite customer like you, we have tried our best to help you, while you ingnore all our efforts. We are very sorry for that we can not give you the refund. B/c we provide you the keys and we have lost the key.

From me to Seller:

Sir, Miss, I was very polite to begin with. I cooperated with your demands. You have demonstrated poor service and you asked me to provide the same information multiple times over multiple days while wasting my time. Then, I became frustrated because you lacked basic follow-up skills. Now, I am asking for a Full Refund, which I have the Full Rights as your website claims. You refuse because of my impoliteness? Do you really think deeply inside of you that you have the right to do this? No. I have Full Rights to have become dissatisfied and frustrated towards your service. You have no rights to steal my money for a Product that did not work twice. I have the right to pursue you via Paypal and other Customer Protection means. I have the right to expose you on the Internet all over the place as Fraudulent for your service. But, instead, Please give me my Full Refund as I have the right to demand. This is a learning experience for you, and next time you will serve another customer better. Thank you for your consideration and cooperation.

The Email Trail with 45 exchanges between them and I can provide evidence to back up my claims. They are in no right to not provide a Full Refund within their 180 days simply because of my impoliteness, especially when all three keys they have provided could not activate two. ISO installation files of MS Office 2010 Standard (or Home and Student as indicated on their site).
