I was told by Sarah that their company found a AWD front differential for my 04 Yukon; AND guaranteed the the part had under 70,000 miles on it. All of these specs including a VIN# for a match was on our contract. I was told that the part would be there by the next Tuesday; the Tuesday after that, the part finally arrived. The part was the wrong part! I called the same date of delivery after the mechanic told me; Sarah stated that she did not understand, etc and would make it right; by Friday, no return call. I called her back and she stated that she was waiting on the first place to make it good on the contract still; I told her that I cannot continue to wait. She stated that by the end of that day she would have a confirmation number for me that the correct part would be sent.By today, Monday, no return call; I called her direct line and it went to a Mike; he was very rude and when he stated that their company could not guarantee the milage on the vehicle that the part came off of, I requested a refund, he refused stated that my contract states only for replacement warranty. When attempting to explain to him that their is no replacement warranty due to not even sending me the correct part he kept being arguementative and interrupting me. I am attempting to contact my credit card for fraud; for the sent me a wrong part and will not refund; I have given them a chance to honor to send the correct one but it sounds like they have no clue what they are doing.
