The website was missleading, I also thought it was a government agency.
I called them to get me a refund and they said since I already filled out the form, there's nothing they can do, so I called my credit card company to get my money back, but citi bank agreed the terms with this fraud company... I called them back and spoke with Renee (district manager), and she said since it's been over 30 days nothing can be done...

I hope people got ripped off from this company will get together and file a lawsuit together, for our loss and the mental damage we had to suffer.
