I responded to a boat that was for sale on craigslist. The seller was sandra wing. The price of the boat was 2,600.00. She said that her husband died two months ago and she wanted to sell the boat quickly. She is in a miltiary base near boise, id. Since she was in the military she said that the transaction was being handled by google checkout. She had clear title and all paperwork to the boat and trailer. She instructed me to send a money gram to the google checkout attorney person to person for the price of the boat, which i did. After that she would initiate the shipping process and i should receive the boat within 3-5 business days. After a couple of days she wrote back to me and said that google had informed her that shipping insurance would be required which i was supposed to be reimbursed when i received the boat. Again send a money gram to a google checkout attorney for the amount of 2,200.00. Which i did. I was then informed of a deivery date for the boat and i never received the boat and no further correspondence from google or sanra wing.
