My card was "not approved" when purchasing groceries this am and I knew that the card had plenty of credit available. Called my issuer, State Farm Bank, and explained this charge from Plimus International. State Farm took care of the charge (fraud protection) and issued (overnighted) a new card to me. Very annoying but great having a company where I don't have to go through a dispute process.
