I've held my mortgage with Bank of America for 6 years and haven't been late but once, if that. They've been calling me 5 and 6 times a day for payment. According to my statement I'm not late until it's past the 16th. Today is the 13th they've been calling since the 8th. I needed help in a loan modification because I've been upside down since the market crashed, have they called me to help me? I tell you no. You have to be late for anyone to help you. So maybe I'll be late for months now.
