Well when we originally visited the Hernandez Law Group office, my husband and I spoke to Mr. Hernandez himself, he assured us it would take us no more than 1 year for my husbands case due to the fact that it is one of his easiest cases, well we are going on our 3rd year and we have gotten absolutely nowhere, his office has very poor customer service skills, we have never spoken to the same person twice, everytime we would go to drop off papers we had to talk to someone different who had no idea what was going on with our case, we even spoke to his wife on one ocassion and she knows absolutely nothing but yet she charged us for some translation process, we have tried contacting mr Hernandez for over 1 month now and he has not called us or anything, the last thing we heard is his brilliant staff members lost my husbands passport. Please do not go to him for any legal process. Unless you want to get ripped off.
