I ordered this product from this company on the 15th September. I have NOT received my products (which should have been 2 weeks delivery) and have lodged a dispute with my bank to collect the monies on my behalf.
Looking forward to getting back the money as I paid by credit card.
Do not be fooled into thinking they will pay your money back after 30 days. I have been getting the same e-mail saying that, "Nuvoryn 100% guarantees delivery of your order". What a load of BS.
Have also tried to call and get the same excuse, "We are just an ordering service. I will let the shipping department know you have called and they will return your call." NEVER HAPPENED.
So, if you paid by credit card, ring your bank and they can dispute any monies for goods you don't receive. May take 45 days, but money back in your pocket.
Will let you know how it goes from my end.
