I sent a horse to Heaven's Gait Farm to be sold on consignment. They agreed to pay me $2000 upon sale of the horse. They sold the horse within one month for $6500. They made several small payments since then, but our contract stipulated full payment at time of sale. It is now 16 months since they sold my horse and they still owe me $800. They repeatedly claim they are sending payment, but they don't pay. They refuse to respond to my inquiries and refuse to pay the balance they owe me.
