This company continues to harrass us about a bill for online company listings! The owner approved, they have recordings of someone in the company "approving" who has NEVER been authorize to approve anything, NOTHING EVER... These are grounds for termination. That recording that they show is TOTALLY altered!!! When they call to collect, since I am the one that takes care of any advertisement then submit for approval. I got a little slick on them and asked them to tell me what exactly we were paying for. He gave me the link, when I clicked on it I could not find our company listed anywhere... He said it was due to status of delinquent account. This list was an alphabetical list of different companies and why would we want to pay to be in an alphabetical listing... After several technical website questions he said, "wow no one has every challenged me with these questions, I'll have to connect with the IT department and get back to you on that" when he got back to me he said "ok, now you are on our front cover, can you pay the bill" really!!!??? What a game!
