I came across an ad for a 2008 GSXR 1000 Motorcycle for sale on site called Epage the asking Price was $2500.00. I contacted the seller Julianne Crane via email and kept in touch almost daily, received an invoice from Google checkout requesting that I send the money via Western Union to a Google agent named Amanda Bright in Ocala Fl. The money was sent out on 09/26, I contacted the seller with the Western Union MTCN#, continued to receive emails from Julianne Crane and on 09/30 she stated that the shipping company required insurance and fees for the documentation for the motorcycle to be shipped and stated that an additional $1000.00 was needed and she provided me with the name of another Google agent Michael Canfield in Davenport Fl. I received an email from him under a Google checkout invoice dept website explaining that once the $1000.00 was sent the bike would be shipped to me as well as the seller agreeing to reimburse $500.00 of this money because the shipping was suppose to be included with the original sale price. I sent the $1000.00 out on 10/1 via Western Union to Davenport Fl. Contacted both Michael Canfield and Julianne Crane with the Western Union MTCN#. Since 10/1 I have sent numerous Emails to Julianne Crane as well as attempts to contact both Google agents listed in this complaint. I have not received any responses to my emails since 10/1. Being as there is no way to contact a human customer service representative at Google checkout, I am beyond angry that I have been robbed. After I Submit this complaint, I will be contacting the police departments in NC, Fl. And NY to file a police complaint. I just want my money back and want no one else to be scammed by this person. All of the documents had appeared to look legal, this was the first time I had ever heard of Google checkout and have an invoice stating that Julianne Crane is in good standing with Google checkout, this was the only reason I proceeded with this transaction. I will be contacting the FBI as well as the National White Collar Crime center to issue a complaint and my local TV station and reporting this fraud. I will be contacting the BBB and report Google and all parties involved. I just want my money $3517.00 back and this night mere to go away. Just for your information I have all emails sent between me and Julianne Crane and the Google invoice, as well as an email from Google thanking me for making the payment for the motorcycle I NEVER RECEIVED. I anticipate a response and action to be taken in this matter immediately.
