Head cashier refusing to give another bag

The head cashier/manager that was working at 5:30-6pm on Oct. 10 at Dollar Tree on Sonoma Blvd., Vallejo, CA refused to give me an additional bag for the items I purchased right there at that register at that time. I showed her my bag that had box-shaped items w / sharp edges & told her I was riding a bicycle & did not want the bag to rip, because the stuff would probably be run over by cars in the street. After she refused to give me another bag, she even blocked my hand when I tried to reach for a bag myself.
