They advertised free sample of cream plus postage £3.09. I paid by credit card.
Cream arrived, but 2 weeks later £63.26 was taken from my account without my permission.
I informed my bank, and asked to close my account, they said it was not possible because I must have had an agreement. But I told them it was not so. They agreed to look into it, and hold back any more demands for payment. 3 weeks later another payment of £62.97 was taken I immediately got in touch with my bank, they informed thet they would refund the last payment, and start investigating but to date I have not heard
anything
