I received a call from a young lady stating that i was entitled to receive $7,000.00 of grant money and that she was calling from US Washington DC. Said I had to call (202) 621-0436 to confirm and that the rep. Would explain all other details to me. Once I called, I spoke with Mr. David Clark, he explained the reason why me and for what purpose the money was for. He wanted me to go the Western Union in 15/20 min. To pick-up the money but first I had to have $270.00 and that money would be given back to me in the grant money. I told he I did not have any money at the moment but he said it was OK the I could take 2/3 week but to first call him.
