Pantothen website clearly advised 100% money back gurantee.

I returned 5 bottles completley unopened and am still waiting for acknowledgement or any refund. I have called customer services 3 times, they are aware of my refund but say refund have to come from usa. They have passed my messaged on to the duty manager who promised to "escalate" the refund but still no joy. Next option is trading standars uk and call my credit card company and report a scam
