Bank Refused Help With $30 Paper Check Charge and Overdraft

I call my bank at US Bank about what happen that there was a change of $30.00 dollars because of pacific advands charge me for 30.00 and I my bank say that they can not do notthing about that so there are thifts too! There say because it was a paper check I can not do notthing about it! And on top of that there charge me a overdraft charge!
