Stay away!!! Ordered a simple pair of costa del mar sunglasses two months ago, and still cannot get a ship date. I have asked repeatedly to refund my money 100%. They want to charge 20%. This company is a JOKE! Rude customer service. Seems like there is only one person that works there. No they hang up on me when I call to ask about the status. They still cannot supply a ship date, and I am out $175. RUN AWAY!!! They claim to have lower prices just for the 20% cancellation fee. Scam scam scam scam scam
