I agreed to pay Comcast $54.00 on my roommate's account, as agreed via phone by Comcast representative from "Loyalty Team".instead they charged my Mastercard $89.77. I then filed a DISPUTE with Direct Express. They refused to refund my $89.77 back onto my debit card, saying "could not find where an error occurred". I again via phone tried to explain situation and this was NOT EVEN MY ACCOUNT! They would not listen and hung up phone on me.
