We shipped our golf clubs using UPS through Interparcel. Our clubs were never delivered and now we are waiting supposedly for UPS to send interparcel an invoice on how much is owed before Interparcel will deliver them back to us. It has now been 2 full weeks. I have to call Interparcel to get an update and every time I call it is a run around, that they are waiting for UPS. Personally, I think this is all a scam.interparcel have probably lost our clubs and wont admit to it. When I ask for a manager at Interparcel they say they are busy. This is such a scam.
