I have ordered from their website the new Ainol novo 7 crystal alongside with some accessories amounting to $208,56. I daily submit requests regarding my order on sales"ainol-novo.com through their site, but keep receiving e-mails saying "sorry for the delay, and we will check for your order". When i sign in and check the status of my order it says pending. I asked them to re-reimburse my payment but to no answer.
