Vantage Funding (888-235-3097) did a check for $30.00 to be taken out of my bank account, in which it was unauthorized by me. I contacted JPMorgan Chase Bank to report the unauthorized payment deduction from my account. The incident put my account into a negative status. I looked up the company online and was shocked to see the 169 complaints regarding the same unauthorized transaction. Can this be report to the Better Business Bureau? I did find out from my bank's customer services, that this is a third party company charging fees by attaching their fees unawarely to consumers'loans.
