I spoke to the person in question on a trade website called alibaba trade. He forwarded the conversation to the email i have provided, he then proceeded to make arrangements to send me 3 samsung galaxy s3 smartphones, in exchange for 540 GBP (approx 770USD). After ending the payments via western union, they were picked up and the items have never been sent, the person is now unresponsive to emails, but has collected all of the money, i have therefore been the victim of fraud.
