The Home Shopping Network (HSN) credited a card in my name and charged purchase to the card. I had provided my Discover Card number for the purchase. I instructed them to charge my card but they refused and stated I had to pay the credit card that they credited. I informed them I had not authorized the card. HSN began charging late fees and never charged my discover. They have hired a collection agency and have report this to credit agencies. I had a good credit standing until this and I have been refused credit because of this as stated on the rejection letter.
