MSN has attatched a dial-up bill to my phone number. Because I did not set up the account, my name/credit card are not on file & MSN will not remove this account from my phone bill. This has gone on for several months. I phone, am kept on line for 1 1/2 hours, hung up on. My phone carrier stayed online with me 1st time I phoned. Ph. Carrier cannot remove bill. They get billing from 3rd party (MSN) I want MSN to stop billing an illegal account to my phone number, and now am so angry at their inaction, I want a refund
