Ashley furniture: terrible quality & customer service & worthless warranty

We purchased a leather sectional and after less than 1 year the leather had started cracking in one spot. I purchased the extended leather warranty. They came out in an attempt to fix it by trying to heat the leather up and seal it together. It actually looked worse and didn't hold at all. I called them back later on and now they tell me its not covered (even though it was covered the first time). After contacting the BBB the sent someone out who was very rude and intended on fixing nothing. It was obvious by his attitude nothing was going to be taken care of they were just trying to cover themselves. We also had an accidental rip, which is covered by the warranty, but the tech said it is not. I will never shop there again!
