GE Profile broken washing machine - GE Profile Washer WPRE6150K1WT

My GE Profile WPRE6150K1WT washing maching is only 3 years old and it won't agitate or spin. I ran diagnostics and it looks like I need a new motor. I thought GE put out a better product than this. I should have known otherwise because I had a refrigerator that lasted 3.5 years and a dishwasher that lasted 2 years from GE. I don't think I will ever buy another product made by GE.
