HI, i must say that hair club now has stopped to respond to BBB, CONSUMER PROTECTIONS.! Why am i not surprised..! Hair clubs attorney and i had a chance to speak over my frequent request since may to yet mail me another copy of the very same letter of my membership cancellations and since she promised to e-mail me and also suggested her own investigations on their Toronto staff I've yet to hear from her at all.!! No worries still have their respond to BBB using to ugly unlawful, baseless word of HARASSMENT they can't possibly prove if not laughed at in court of law.! You see their very own star witness knowing what she has done and not being happy about it and feeling guilty has indeed apologized to me two weeks prior to my unlawful cancellation. She also told me why this manager is doing this to me and why he (manager) has twisted her words to get reed of me? JEALOUSY..! Also she confirmed HOMOPHOBIC remarks targeted at me by this office worker name CHRIS. Which i personally find it a COWARDLY and GUTLESS behavior.!! Once she gave me a hug and promised of repeated hugs every time we come across she handed over her own personal contact card right in front of other staff and asked me to don't forget her and keep in touch? Harassment? They had her transferred the same week they knew i be getting my cancellation? IRONIC!!! I stood my ground while demanding ethics, honoring contract when still a member and argued for it. Once felt being ignored i demanded REFUND..!! That's when i got their attentions and hours later i was told of my cancellations over telephone with threats done by the very same office worker who's been making derogatory, homophobic remarks about me suffering from absolute jealousy also confirmed by sales person (star witness)? I guess he's been waiting for his/this chance for a long time... Huh?
