Failure to deliver as promised

A holiday order placed for delivery on Sat. Sept. 15, was confirmed that day via e-mail. On Sunday, another email was received indicating that the order was NEVER delivered and I needed to call them. I was told they had computer problems, and that the order would be delivered on Monday (too late to be the hostess gift I had hoped for..). They were rude, non apologetic, and then failed to provide the requested delivery reconfirmation I requested. It took 2 more emails, two phone calls and the threat of contacting my credit card company before I got any indication that the order was received. They are a huge scam with no customer service sense. They promised "upgrade" for the inconvenience was valued by their own people at $6!
