Jim AUBERT, aka James AUBERT and his wife Kim RICHNOW-AUBERT, who works for Nevada Dept of Insurance, and she sells as many of her husbands mining claims for premium dollars, only to be selling total bs crap claims from the very beginning. These people have been sued numerous times, they are "legal scammers", and they get the inside assistance and cover up of the BLM.
