I ordered an andrew hawkins jersey from the cincinnati bengals official website. My money was taken from my account, but i cannot get a hold of anyone about the jersey. I received a very unprofessional, poorly written e-mail calling me "dear" about 3 times. I thought i was safe to order from this site, since i do work part-time for the cincinnati bengals. This was a birthday present for my son who is currently serving in the military. I feel really stupid if i was duped into giving up my money to a "scam". Anyone have any clue how to get my money back? Or even to get this jersey? Thanks
