She tried to buy a bike listed by us on Craigslist. She texted she wanted the bike, would send a check, and had someone here in Upstate NY to pick it up. The bike was listed for $300.00. I googled her name and found it on here, thank goodness. Today a check for $21,000 showed up. We called our county police, gave them the check (which was printed off a printer-very easy to tell it was a fake) and they are going to get in touch with the FBI.in the meantime, she is texting us and threatening us that she is going to contact the FBI if she doesn't get her money. I have told her, or whomever, that if they dont stop texting, I will call the authorities. The number they are using is 435-574-9515.
