Dear Sir/Madam

I was registered a 3 days membership trial period and I submitted my debit card details and paid 3.48GBP.

In the 3 days period, I was not satisfied with the site, And I contacted to online be naughty customer care and requested to them del, remove and wiped out my profile and all details from them sites and So didn't bother investigating it any further.

After few days I checked my bank statement and noticed 3.48 plus 39.99 GBP had been debited from my account from the www.benaughty.com (www.CupidBN.com).

After notifying them asking for my money back, they refused saying,

"The reason is that we have cancelled your repeat billing, but it does not mean that we issued the refund. We offer you 3 months of free membership as the compensation. Please specify whether this option is suitable for you. If you have any queries concerning the website then please do not hesitate to contact us."

They would however not withdraw any further funds and my membership would be terminated from immediate affect.
I had never requested or authorized them to a month membership fee but I requested to them to cancel, del, removed my profile and all my details from them website.

And it looks like this company has succeeded in stealing 39.99 GBP of my money.

How many more people will they scam in this manner before they are removed from trading online?
