I have had 2 amounts deducted from my account, one on 24th August for $234.00, and another on 5th September for $237.00. Despite sending emails to the company they have ignored my requests not to deduct any more money as i no longer use the site. Iam very upset, as it is too much money, for a service i no longer use, and have been ignored re my requests. Please help me to resolve this matter, which i consider urgent.
