This is One Mess that These People Should Clean Up!

In the last months I was bombarded with these letters from agents purporting to have entered my name in some sweepstakes contest. Aside from that, they enticed me to purchase some promotional products that they offer. They also told me to reply asap to get the cash incentives just waiting to be delivered to me.

Since I put my trust in them, I ordered for some keyholders and coin purses totalling to USD 30.70. My credit card had been charged in the first week of August. Since the letter told me that I should expect at least 6-8 weeks for processing and delivery, I waited for the package to arrive until the first week of October.

It's already the 2nd week of October and I am having this feeling that I had been cheated. No news or letter ever came from them after they took my money and even the letters of offer also stopped from coming. I tried to look for the company's website if there is one just to confirm if an entity by that name exists.

I was surprised to see that what I found out are these consumer complaintss about this scam and I was deeply, gravely saddened by this fact. I hope someone out there could put a stop to this (calling US authorities - please show to us how your justice system works) and I surely wish to get my money back (even though how small it may seem to you. It's in dollars, man!).

The credit card companies are partly to blame for this because in the first place they should make sure that the merchants they accredit are doing legal business. Calling VISA - please initiate the indemnification of damages caused to us by this awful, horrible and surreptitious firm.
