I ordered the trial coffee bean and cleanser on July 8, which took over 2 weeks to arrive to me in Canada. I was charged on my visa July 8 for $6.95 & $4.95 US for the trial product and on July 22 was charged $79.98 and $79.98 US. I phoned on August 1 after receiving my visa bill and cancelled and waited for a refund. After receiving two (2) visa bills showing no refunds I phoned on Oct. Lst to see what was happening and was told I phoned after 30 days. They would not accept the August 1st phone call because the operator did not mention the refund. Had I mentioned refund (which I did on Aug. 1) I would have received a 50% refund. After an extremely long discussion with Sean or Shawn, a supposed supervisor, he hung up when I asked then for at least a 50% refund which again he said it was over 30 days. The answer was NO. I feel totally scammed.
