We listened to a sales pitch and were given a fly USA rebate form - we paid our fees online. We were to get 250.00 per ticket when we returned home provided we followed the instructions within 10 days of our return flight. We DID follow all their foolish guidelines, and today received a letter saying we did not send a copy of the original envelope - we got one envelope from them and the copy of that envelope was included in the package they retuned to us that said we didn't have it in there. We booked through the site we had to - hotels.com at a higher price ticket rate than what we would have paid otherwise... We were totally scammed by this company!!!
