I took part in what was described as a free trial I just had to pay p&p. When the products arrived I read that this was not the case at all! I emailed them straight away to cancel they said I had to send the products back which I did both full and un opened. They have since taken £112.50 out of my bank. I have e-mailed them loads and they continue to ignore me. I need that money for my two young babies:- (what can I do???
